Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret Arabic legal documents, including insurance policies, contracts, and claims, to assess validity and coverage accurately.
Investigate insurance claims involving Arabic-speaking clients, gathering necessary evidence and information to determine liability and settlement.
Manage and maintain relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, providing excellent customer service and building trust.
Provide expert advice and guidance on Arabic legal and insurance matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with Arabic-speaking clients and other parties, aiming for fair and efficient outcomes.
Prepare and review legal correspondence, reports, and other documentation in Arabic, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Stay updated on changes in Arabic legal and insurance regulations, and proactively adjust strategies and procedures.
Represent the insurance company in legal proceedings and mediations related to Arabic-speaking clients and claims.
Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
Conduct training sessions for colleagues on Arabic legal and insurance topics, enhancing their understanding and skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in legal principles.
Holds relevant professional certifications in insurance or legal specializations, showcasing a commitment to expertise.
Exhibits a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on legal or claims roles.
Is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual, with a proven track record of achieving goals and deadlines.
Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
