Position: Legal & Governance Director

Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (professional certifications preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in legal affairs and corporate governance, preferably within large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Companies Law, corporate governance frameworks, and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with CMA (Capital Market Authority) and Tadawul regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong experience in reviewing major contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance the Company’s policies, procedures, governance, and compliance frameworks across all departments.
• Ensure company operations are aligned with Saudi Companies Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit periodic reports and documents as required under applicable laws and regulations.
• Review major agreements and contracts in coordination with the Contracts Department.
• Provide legal guidance and advisory support to senior management and the Board of Directors.
