Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Experience in drafting and reviewing B2B sales contracts, sponsorship, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), collaboration agreements, and marketing consultancy agreements is required.
- Must have knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Must be admitted as a lawyer/solicitor in UAE or another jurisdiction.
- Must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Master of Laws (LLM), or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
