Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research to provide well-informed recommendations on compliance and regulatory issues specific to the client's industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring that all agreements align with legal standards and the client's best interests.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on risk management and dispute resolution tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, delivering timely insights to clients that influence their business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop policies that mitigate legal risks and enhance operational compliance across various departments.
  • Prepare legal documentation for litigation and arbitration, focusing on case strategy and effective representation of clients' interests.
  • Monitor industry trends and legal developments, proactively advising clients on potential impacts to their operations and strategies.
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle debt recovery processes, including initiating and managing legal actions in different countries.
  • Liaise with external law firms and legal authorities to pursue cases effectively.
  • Prepare documentation and represent the company in courts or arbitration when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate law, compliance, or a related field, showcasing expertise in the industry.
  • Strong understanding of specific regulatory frameworks that affect the client's business, with a focus on practical application.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, with fluency in English and at least one additional language preferred for diverse client interactions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, enabling the candidate to dissect complex legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice.
