Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues to support business and legal decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to various business departments, offering professional legalbr> solutions and deep involvement in their operations.
- Provide expert legal advice on specific topics, including telecom regulations, competition, corporate affairs, commercial agreements, procurement, and employment law.
- Offer day-to-day guidance to senior executives and other business department members on government contracting issues, resolve existing relationship issues, and handle legal disputes and inquiries.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, provide legal training, and promotebr> awareness within the business to ensure compliance with laws and company policies,br> preventing violations.
- Manage communication and represent the company at governmental bodies concerning legal matters.
- Ensure business departments adhere to regulations, consumer protection guidelines, and competition rules and laws.
- Collaborate directly with business teams to structure, draft, and negotiate commercialbr> transactions, reviewing, and drafting a wide range of contracts and subcontracts for both public and private sector customers.
- Interface with relevant business units to comprehend transaction strategies and providebr> legal assessments of terms and conditions.
- Analyze contract terms to identify potential opportunities and risks, highlighting areas of concern.
- Support business units in verifying the fulfillment of contractual obligations by partiesbr> involved.
- Participate in contract negotiations, formulation, and implementation, definingbr> negotiation strategies.
- Assess legal risks, offer recommendations, develop key contract formats, establishbr> contractual structures and regulatory frameworks, and draft and negotiate variousbr> contracts and legal documents for engagements with third parties.
- Advise on terminations and address issues arising in business relationships, handling and resolving related claims or proceedings, including pre-litigation disputes and claims.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Bachelors degree in Law 'French or English section is mandatory").
Experience.
- From 0 to 1 Year of Experience In The Same Function.
