Roles & Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the legal team and management
Liaise with Government Authorities
Draft and organize corporate documents
Prepare and review incorporation documents
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree in Law
1-2 years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a UAE Law Firm
Strong Computer skills
Basic knowledge in UAE Company Formation or Corporate services
