Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team and management

  • Liaise with Government Authorities

  • Draft and organize corporate documents

  • Prepare and review incorporation documents

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree in Law

  • 1-2 years experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a UAE Law Firm

  • Strong Computer skills

  • Basic knowledge in UAE Company Formation or Corporate services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
