Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Leasing Officer is responsible for managing all leasing activities within the organization s real estate portfolio. This role ensures maximum occupancy and profitability by attracting, securing, and retaining tenants, while maintaining excellent tenant relationships. The Leasing Officer acts as a key liaison between the company and prospective or existing tenants, ensuring that lease agreements are executed efficiently, legal compliance is maintained, and customer satisfaction is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
  • Will be responsible of getting new Leads/tenants for all the properties in HALJ
  • Maintaining the relationship with the current tenants
  • Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.
  • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with department policy; update daily reports concerning notice to vacate, vacancy reports, activity reports, etc. on a daily basis using the department systems set for these purposes.
  • Maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route
  • Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion
  • Coordinate all legal, finance and administration matters between departments; Unit Reporting and Follow Up in case requested for certain tasks or projects.
  • To perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor and/or company management that do not conflict with our company policies, procedures and Applicable laws.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
