Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits to facilitate decision-making.

  • Screen potential tenants thoroughly, including background checks and credit assessments, to ensure a reliable rental income.

  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants, ensuring both parties achieve a satisfactory agreement.

  • Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of available spaces, tenant inquiries, renewals, and upcoming expiries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management within commercial, automotive, or mixed-use developments.

  • Certifications in property management or real estate (e.g., CPM, RMP) are advantageous for credibility and expertise.

  • Experience in residential or commercial leasing, showcasing adaptability to various property types.
