Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Admin to handle all documentation, follow-ups, and record management. Main Duties: Manage ADGM documentation for leasing and ownership updates. Ensure no pending dues before any submission or contract processing. Coordinate with the collection team when payments are pending. Maintain an updated record system for all contracts and documents. Track and follow up on all files to ensure proper documentation. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on documentation status. Support the leasing department with all administrative and filing tasks. Requirements: Experience in ADGM system or leasing administration. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Drive. Fluent in Arabic and English. Location: Abu Dhabi Type: Full-time
