About the role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop engaging learning plans aligned with our curriculum objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Lead and manage the content team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and improve learning experiences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design,Engineering, Math,Arabic studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and pedagogical strategies.
• Experience in creating assessments and content.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.
Preferably;
• Leadership/ management skills
• Mathematical or Arabic language backgrounds
