Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and document learning needs analyses across departments.

• Provide first-level guidance to employees and line managers on learning solutions for competency development.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and execute training plans.

• Plan, schedule, and activate learning programmes and projects using SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

• Compile and distribute training materials and communications.

• Administer, collect, and analyse post-training feedback from participants, managers, vendors, and facilitators.

• Conduct After-Action reviews to support continuous improvement in learning delivery.

• Ensure programmes are delivered on time, meeting business and competency development needs.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge regarding the Oil and Gas Sector.

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Learning & Development (as Learning Activator, Project/Programme Coordinator, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint (Advanced).

• Knowledge of MS Projects or similar planning/scheduling tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrates emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

• Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
