Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As Learning & Development Administrator, you will

Provide administrative support for all Learning & Development activities across the hotel.
Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and communication of training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and e-learning completion reports.
Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure new Team Members are welcomed and engaged from day one.
Prepare training materials, handouts, and presentations as required.
Assist in organizing Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs.
Liaise with department trainers and managers to ensure training needs are met.
Monitor and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with Hilton standards.
Handle general inquiries related to training and development with professionalism and efficiency.
Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources & L&D function.
What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Learning & Development or Human Resources.
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
A proactive and approachable personality with a genuine passion for supporting people s growth.
Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Learning & Development or Human Resources, along with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are also essential, with a proactive approach to supporting team members' growth.
