As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will support the delivery of training and development programs that empower our Team Members to reach their full potential.
What will I be doing?
As Learning & Development Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support for all Learning & Development activities across the hotel.
- Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and communication of training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and e-learning completion reports.
- Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure new Team Members are welcomed and engaged from day one.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, and presentations as required.
- Assist in organizing Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Liaise with department trainers and managers to ensure training needs are met.
- Monitor and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with Hilton standards.
- Handle general inquiries related to training and development with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources & L&D function.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Learning & Development or Human Resources.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- A proactive and approachable personality with a genuine passion for supporting people s growth.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
