Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Leader in Interior Perimeter Engineering
Main missions:
- Ensure product/process development or industrialization in accordance with business rules and specifications adapted to its scope, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of General Product Safety and the Customer Design System and propose optimizations
- Ensure the robustness of the product/process design
- Provide technical support to Designers, Preparers, Industrial Means Project Managers (CAMI), logisticians, quality analysts in the performance of their activities.
- Produce or support designers in the realization of deliverables and report hard points to feed risk management
- Propose possible technical solutions for arbitration
- Capitalize on know-how in product/process development.
Deliverables:
- Proposals for technical solutions to its client
- Product / Process Development Summary Files at Milestones and Project Progress Reviews
- Validation of the parts specification by delegation of the Head of Unit
- Signature of plans by delegation of the Head of Unit
- Up-to-date Supplier Quality Approach for the achievement of milestones
- Quality of documentation
- Quality and schedule of tooling launches (RO)
- Component representativeness matrix for prototypes or pre-series
- Management of the resolution of LUP (Single List of Problems)
- Calculation reports, test analysis reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have an engineering degree (mechatronics, embedded systems) and at least 5 years of experience in automotive systems engineering.
Good knowledge of CAD tools
Experience with a car manufacturer is mandatory.
