Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Monitor and report on ERD s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Assist in developing and implementing Finance policies, processes, and standards to ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
Prepare business plans and budgets for ERD and obtain management approval.
Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including KPIs and targets.
Present financial data and models to ERD leadership for timely and accurate decision-making.
Collaborate with ERD divisions to prepare financial forecasts and visualizations.


Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of financial, budgeting, and legal best practices in KSA.
Proficiency in financial modeling systems and software.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the mining, minerals, or exploration sector.br>Familiarity with KSA financial regulations and best practices.
