Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of grid software and services projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage project schedules, risks, contracts, and budgets, maintaining transparency through strong reporting and governance.
Establish and manage PMO standards templates, processes, and tools that drive consistency across all projects.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to track project and regional portfolio health.
Facilitate project review and governance meetings, ensuring timely escalation and resolution of key risks and issues.
Support resource planning, prioritization, and portfolio tracking to optimize team utilization and project outcomes.
Champion compliance with internal quality, documentation, and delivery standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical engineering.
5 years of relevant experience in electrical network and SCADA, EMS & DMS.
Experience with the delivery of grid-based software/IT and connectivity solutions.
Strong knowledge of PMO principles, governance, and portfolio management.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Arabic and English Language proficiency.
Comfortable leading teams across diverse cultures and virtual environments.
