Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project control functions for offshore projects, including WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and B/Fs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee cost control and financial forecasting, ensuring projects remain within budget.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams to ensure alignment on timelines and costs.
  • Lead project control meetings and provide timely updates on schedule, cost, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of project control experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with a focus on WHTs, subsea cable and piping, and B/Fs.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP).
  • Strong experience in scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • In-depth understanding of offshore project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
