Job Title: Lead Product Manager
Location: Remote

Reports to: CEO

What You'll Do:

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop, articulate, and champion a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Halo AI core marketplace, integrated AI tools (including BSSC, AI-assisted onboarding, brief generation), and brand/creator dashboards.

Execution & Delivery:
Translate product strategy into clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and specifications. Work closely with engineering and AI research to guide product development from conception through launch and iteration.

User-Centricity:
Become the voice of our users (creators, brands, internal teams). Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and behaviors.

Data-Driven Decisions:
Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (e.g., acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization) to drive product decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Roadmap & Prioritization: Own the product backlog, effectively prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic goals, user impact, and business value in a fast-paced environment.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, AI research, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development, launches, and go-to-market strategies.

Market Intelligence:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends in the creator economy, AI, marketplace dynamics, and competitive landscapes, particularly within the MENA and US markets.

Monetization & Growth:
Drive strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and monetization across our Freemium and Enterprise offerings, focusing on scalable growth.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

5+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on building, launching, and scaling marketplace-type products.

Demonstrable experience and a strong passion for developing AI-driven products or features, with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, capabilities, and limitations.

Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation and definition to launch and iteration, in an agile environment.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy and decisions.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership and technical teams.

Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead through influence in a team-oriented environment, particularly with engineering and research functions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field.

(Preferred Qualifications):

Direct experience in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or social media platform development.

Experience with Freemium business models and B2B SaaS products.

Prior experience with international product scaling, especially into the US or MENA markets.

Experience working as an early product manager in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach.

MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
