Lead Mechanical Design Engineer -Static Equipment

• Mechanical design development and drawing preparation for Static (U- Stamp) equipment’s i.e. Pressure vessels,

Tanks, Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers, Skids as per ASME, HEI, TEMA Codes using, Auto-CAD.

• Prepare and / review major equipment enquiry specifications, reviewing and analyzing vendor bids,

preparation of technical bid evaluation, Reviewing of Vendor documents and co - ordination with various other

disciplines for data inputs

• Well verse with various International Codes & Standards - ASME.
• Active participation in Bid clarification and Vendor kick - off meetings, through the course of the projects.
• Preparation of Technical Specifications, Material Requisition (MR) & Technical Bid evaluations.
• 3D model reviews (30%, 60%, and 90%) with clients and vendors to ensure seamless design progression and alignment with project objectives.
• Leading technical meetings with clients and vendors.
• Communication with clients or vendors to ensure that project specifications are met and address any concerns.
• Develop, review, and approve project and proposal estimates and schedules by referencing the project scope

of work and discussing the estimates and schedules within the team and those of other disciplines.

• Assisting Project manager to ensure all contractual requirements and deliverables for static equipment

packages have been achieved, orderly data handover & project close out as per requirements
