Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for Masdar and ADSW across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Work with production houses, creative agencies, and internal teams in the production of assets for Masdar and its strategic initiatives ( videos, key visuals, creatives, etc),
  • Manage the media agency to develop campaign planning by market, and coordinate with the relevant Masdar focal point in each market
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Sponsorship:
  • Support in the execution of sponsorship activities, working closely with events team on branding elements and video requirements across 3rd party platforms
Management of marketing agencies:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media and creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Oversee the execution, and optimization of media and creative strategies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Support on RFPs and agency tenders.
  • Monitor agency performance and retainers, track key metrics, and conduct regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
Contribution to brand management:
  • Contribute to the continuous awareness, ranking and enhancement of the brand, including brand identity, core values, unique selling points as well as brand guidelines and visuals in order to ensure a compelling brand that is consistently represented and promoted.
  • Contribute to building the brand reputation and equity of Masdar through working on a customer experience program and ensuring that all digital media platforms are leveraged.
Contribution to the continuous enhancement of Masdar s digital platforms:
  • Support digital communications plans for the implementation of projects and activities related to the continuous enhancement of Masdar s presence in digital media in order to continue building brand awareness and loyalty.
Budgets and plans:
  • Contribute to recommending and monitoring the unit budget yearlong so that the business is aware of areas of unsatisfactory performance against the budget and so that performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Management of stakeholders and third-party service providers:
  • Ensure relationships with service level providers are managed smoothly and effectively in a way that guarantees that Masdar is provided with quality and timely services, in line with relevant service level agreements.
  • As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships/negotiations with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure the negotiation and agreement of favourable deals and agreement
  • Continuous improvement of policies, systems and processes
  • Compliance with information security policies, procedures and requirements at all times
  • Support for Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives of Masdar and compliance with the laws and regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, branding or related field

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate marketing for a large organization or an equivalent experience Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
