Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities (Engineering Consultant Focus):

  • Lead the design of light current systems & BMS System for projects.
  • Prepare and review detailed design drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Develop BOQs, design reports, and tender documents for client approval.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary MEP teams to ensure design compliance.
  • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, international codes, and company standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers.
  • Conduct design reviews and quality checks before submission to clients.
  • Assist in value engineering and cost estimation during the design phase.
  • Reviewing submittals and issuing approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in designing low current systems for consultancy or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
  • Solid understanding of international standards (NFPA, TIA, IEC,IEEE ,etc.) for low current systems.
  • Solid understanding of Local Codes (Egyptian Codes, Saudi Arabia Codes)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
