Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, ensuring strong performance management, professional growth, and high service standards.
  • Strengthen inclusive provision through effective systems, data-informed decision-making, and targeted student support.
  • Drive innovation in digital learning, embedding impactful educational technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Ensure outstanding library services that enrich curriculum delivery and student learning experiences.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and compliance, ensuring alignment with local regulations and international best practice.
