Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with the creative team to develop, conceptualize, and execute design strategies ensuring the translation of the look-and-feel through all design projects

  • Promote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep coming
  • Assist Creative Manager to provide compelling, differentiated, and memorable visual direction for campaigns or design executions
  • Help the Creative Manager with campaign ideation- identifying core campaign ideas for specific channels
  • Ability to present visual concepts through creative storyboards
  • Ability to develop quick design ideas based on the provided brief and ensure that all deadlines are followed
  • Work with Content, Editorial, PR, and Brand Marketing teams to design and deliver excellent visual site imagery with quality and performance
  • Create visual designs that effectively communicate seasonal concepts and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, color palettes, interface elements, iconography, typography, style guides, etc.
  • Work closely with the digital merchandising team, styling team, product managers, UX architects, front-end developers, other internal departments to ensure a unified approach to providing an engaging brand experience for the customer
  • Keep up to date on the latest platform/industry/creative trends and digital best practices, always seeking the next opportunity in this space for the brand
  • Work within designated timelines and brand guidelines
  • Contribute to the betterment of team infrastructure (process, templates, training, etc.) that will help the team to scale and be more efficient and impactful

Desired Candidate Profile

6+ years of experience in creative in-house or at an agency

  • A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with digital designing
  • Significant experience in working in a digital and a fast-paced environment
  • An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research data
  • Ability to cope with a challenging work environment driven by results and where deadlines are respected
  • The ability to work within a team and independently as required
  • Strong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing them
  • Strong grasp of working on various designing software s and tools
  • Familiarity with the latest technology that has become standard in the industry
  • Ability to prioritize and manage your work adhering to project timelines
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color, and layout
