Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generator to support our international recruitment business by identifying and generating qualified sales leads from the Middle East / GCC market. The Job is based in India.


This is a growth-oriented role, ideal for candidates with prior exposure to recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or B2B lead generation, who want to build a career in international business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B leads for recruitment and staffing services in the GCC / Middle East region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
  • Research companies, HR contacts, and decision-makers using online tools, LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to identify potential clients.
  • Understand basic client hiring requirements and qualify leads before handing over to the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, contact details, and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Support the sales team by booking meetings, calls, and demos with prospective clients.
  • Track daily/weekly lead generation activity and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on GCC recruitment trends, hiring demand, and industry sectors.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or recruitment coordination (recruitment agency experience preferred).
  • Exposure to GCC / Middle East market or international B2B lead generation is a strong advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, online research, and outreach activities.
  • Willingness to work with targets and incentive-based performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience working with a recruitment / placement / staffing agency.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, or lead databases.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment services such as permanent hiring, bulk hiring, or executive search.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to grow into a Business Development role.

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, HR preferred).
