Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to be responsible for building and expanding our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will be an expert in using the latest tools and techniques for data scraping like apollo, launching email marketing campaigns in Smartlead.ai/closely.ai, and managing the lead lifecycle from inception to handover to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Scraping & List Building: Build and maintain lists of potential B2B clients from target industries in the Saudi market using advanced data scraping tools and techniques.
Email Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage cold email outreach campaigns using specialized platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, and Closely.
CRM Management: Log, categorize, and track all leads and interactions within the company's CRM system to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Analysis & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and provide reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Sales Coordination: Hand over qualified leads to the sales team and ensure a smooth follow-up process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications and Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation.
Hands-on experience with data scraping tools from various sources like LinkedIn and others.
Practical experience managing email campaigns on platforms such as Smartlead, Instantly, Closely, or similar.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to derive insights.
A good understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and the customer lifecycle.
