Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities for our services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, making initial contact, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is crucial in maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Core Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients within target markets and industries
  • Create and maintain a database of prospects using CRM systems
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Develop and execute personalized email campaigns to nurture prospects
  • Make outbound calls to qualify leads and assess client needs

Events & Networking

  • Attend industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking sessions to represent the company
  • Proactively network with attendees to identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and expand a database of contacts acquired through event networking
  • Collect business cards, contact information, and relevant details from prospects met at events
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails with event contacts to convert connections into qualified leads
  • Coordinate post-event outreach strategies to maximize conversion rates

Industry Knowledge & Collaboration

  • Develop an understanding of the events industry and our service offerings
  • Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and align messaging
  • Provide feedback to the team on market insights gathered from prospects and events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent phone manners and confidence in making cold calls
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with appropriate services
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Organized approach to managing multiple leads at different stages
  • Basic understanding of the events industry (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
