Job Purpose

Requirement for implementation engineer resource specifically skilled in the detailed design document build, implementation and turnover to production IT/Cyber Security solutions.

• Experience of security product deployment with best practice standards.
• Manages implementation tasks, with attention to detail and while under pressure.
• Lead the implementation of complex technical projects involving participants from multiple areas of the company or vendors.
• Demonstrable experience of involvement in medium to large-scale project driven implementations.
• Technical deployment and integration, understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and steps.
• A mind-set and desire to confidently hand over the solutions into operational support.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing technical documentation, acting as a vendor liaison, work closely with other Engineers and peers.
• Maintains and evangelizes strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement to self and others.
• Experience of mentoring and giving on-job training to other engineers in the team.
  
  

Technical Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of installation and configuration in six or more of the following security technologies,

• Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• OS Administration (Windows or Linux) - Intermediate level
• Hardware Security Module (HSM) and PKI
• Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR)
• Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
• Digital Rights Management (DRM)
• User Authentication (SAML/MFA/SSO)
• Disk Encryption/Email Encryption

Job Specifications

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

CISSP, CCIE-Security, or any other industry standard professional level security certification

Minimum Work Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical capability, preferably working for an IT Services or Systems Integration organization

Education

Good degree level qualification in Computer Science or related field
