What you ll do

• Design: Create and refine branded assets across web, social, decks, and paid media.

• Systems: Build/maintain brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma.

• Web: Lead page design and UX flows; produce wireframes; (bonus) build in Webflow/Framer.

• Quality: Uphold craft standards (type, layout, colour, accessibility); ensure pixel-perfect output.

• Direction: Break down work, delegate appropriately, and review junior output with clear feedback.

• Storytelling: Craft presentations, case studies, and guidelines that sell the work.

• Ops: Keep files organised, versioned, and consistent; work within tickets/briefs; hit dates.

• Collab: Partner with strategy, content, and the Director to align goals, scope, and timelines.

What you ve done

• 3 6 years in agency, in-house, or freelance delivering multi-channel design.

• Advanced Figma (auto-layout, variants, responsive, prototyping).

• Strong grasp of visual fundamentals (type, grid, hierarchy, colour, motion sensibility).

• Experience creating brand identities and extending systems into digital.

• Comfortable with wireframing and designing for the web.

• Organised, deadline-driven, pragmatic you ship excellent work on time.

Nice to have

• Webflow, Framer, After Effects/Lottie, basic motion.

• Canva/Notion for internal comms.

• AI fluency (e.g., Midjourney/Firefly for exploration, ChatGPT for ops).

• Basic analytics/AB testing literacy to inform iterations.

Tools you ll touch

Figma, Adobe CC, Jira/Asana (tickets), Google Workspace, Notion, Webflow/Framer (bonus), AI tools.

How we ll measure success (first 90 180 days)

• On-time delivery rate 95% for owned tickets.

• Brand systems documented and adopted across 2 3 client accounts.
