Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Cost Estimator Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in cost estimation within the construction industry, with a proven track record of accurately assessing project costs and providing valuable insights to project teams.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee cost estimation activities for construction projects of varying size and complexity.

- Develop detailed cost estimates, including material quantities, labor costs, equipment expenses, and overheads, based on project specifications and drawings.

- Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering alternatives.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost projections and budgetary control throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key cost drivers, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

- Proficiency in cost estimation software such as RSMeans, CostX, WinEst, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
