Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead AR operations for multiple entities within the group.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Prepare AR aging reports and analyze collection performance.
- Reconcile AR balances and resolve discrepancies with customers.
- Ensure proper revenue recognition and compliance with IFRS.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Treasury on cash forecasting.
- Support external audits and provide AR-related schedules.
- Enhance automation and accuracy in billing and reconciliation.
- Supervise AR officers and ensure service-level standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s in Accounting or Finance.
- 6 8 years of experience in AR operations and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and ERP systems.
- Experience in investment holding or diversified business environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
