Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Laundry Manager will oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility in Jidhafs. Responsibilities include supervising staff to ensure efficient workflow, managing equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, managing inventory and budget, handling customer relations, and collaborating with other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience in a similar role, be a 12th pass, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to effectively manage a team and resources to meet business goals. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work from the office. Male candidates are preferred for this role.
