About The Role : As a Laundry Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you play a key leadership role in supporting the overall operations of the resort s laundry facility. You assist in managing day-to-day laundry functions including guest laundry, valet services, uniform distribution, and linen processing. With a hands-on approach, you help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and service quality, ensuring the resort s impeccable image is upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the laundry team, ensuring timely and high-quality laundering of guest items, linens, uniforms, and other textiles.
Assist in managing inventory and par levels of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and laundry supplies; monitor usage and place orders as needed.
Support training, scheduling, and performance management of the laundry team in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
Ensure that guest laundry and valet services are handled with attention to care, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and quality; follow up on any complaints or deficiencies promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a luxury hotel laundry operation.
Strong knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, chemicals, and fabric care standards.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
