Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal and non-metal components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and engrave materials.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine cutting requirements.
- Set up machine parameters, adjust cutting speed, and ensure precision.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Maintain records of production output, machine settings, and quality checks.
- Follow strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Laser Cutting Machine Operator (minimum 2 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and laser cutting technology.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with different materials (steel, aluminum, acrylic, etc.).
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in Al-Hofuf, K.S.A.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, or related field.
- Technical training in CNC/laser cutting operations is an advantage.
