Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new laser cutting machine opportunities within target industries, leveraging market research and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including territory management, lead generation, and proposal development, to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored laser cutting solutions to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of laser cutting machines to potential customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the capital equipment or manufacturing industry, with a focus on laser cutting machines or similar technologies.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of laser cutting technology, including its applications, processes, and technical specifications.
- Exhibits a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
