Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a laptop technician or similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of laptop hardware components and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical details.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within given timeframes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
• Familiarity with tools and methods used in laptop repair and maintenance.
• Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and repair techniques.
• Certification from a recognized technical institution would be advantageous.
