As a Landscape Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing landscaping projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and team members to ensure that every aspect of the landscaping project aligns with the client's vision and expectations. Your expertise in landscape architecture, your project management skills, and your leadership abilities will be essential in facilitating successful project outcomes. The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical understanding, and practical implementation, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee landscaping projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and project goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for landscaping projects.
• Ensure all landscaping activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Lead and manage project teams including landscapers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to keep it on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Approve the selection of plants, materials, and other landscaping essentials.
• Review contracts, manage vendors, and oversee procurement for the project.
• Ensure the quality of work through regular site inspections and follow-ups.
• Implement and manage quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Landscape Project Manager or similar role in the industry.
• Strong understanding of landscaping design principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in landscape design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to landscape projects.
