Landscape Maintenance Supervisor Al Naba

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all landscape maintenance operations and staff.

• Develop and implement a routine and seasonal maintenance schedule.

• Inspect plant health, soil condition, and irrigation efficiency regularly.

• Ensure the upkeep of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees, and decorative plants.

• Manage irrigation systems.

• Train and mentor landscape maintenance team members.

• Monitor and replenish gardening supplies, fertilizers, and tools.

• Work closely with engineering and housekeeping to coordinate outdoor maintenance needs.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Agriculture preferred.

• Minimum 4–6 years of supervisory experience in landscape maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment ,Strong experience in luxury hotel or resort landscaping.

• Strong knowledge of tropical and ornamental plants, soil science, and eco-friendly gardening practices.

• Experience operating and maintaining irrigation and landscaping equipment.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
