Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor landscape works including softscape, hardscape, planting, street furniture, and landscape finishes
- Inspect installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation networks including pipework, valves, pumps, controllers, drip, and sprinkler systems
- Verify that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and material approvals
- Review and verify contractor submissions, inspection requests, and test results related to landscape and irrigation works
- Ensure proper coordination of landscape and irrigation activities with utilities, roads, and structural works
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation quality and issue non-conformance reports where required
- Record site observations and maintain accurate inspection and quality records
- Support preparation and verification of as-built drawings and handover documentation
- Coordinate with supervision engineers and contractors to resolve site issues and construction queries
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor s degree in Landscaping or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape construction inspection, including irrigation systems
- Strong ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation drawings, details, and specifications
- Good knowledge of irrigation components, testing procedures, and commissioning requirements
- Understanding of QA QC inspection processes and documentation
- Ability to monitor site activities and report on progress, quality, and compliance
- Preference for candidates based in Abu Dhabi
