Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and aesthetic preferences.
• Develop detailed landscape designs using CAD and other design software tools.
• Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for landscaping projects.
• Conduct environmental impact studies and site assessments for project feasibility.
• Oversee and coordinate fieldwork to ensure project alignment with design plans.
• Work with local governmental entities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Integrate sustainable practices and materials into landscape designs creatively.
• Coordinate with architects and construction teams for site development projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to meet financial and scheduling targets.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
• Research and apply current trends and technologies in landscape architecture.
• Produce high-quality presentations and design documents for client reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
• Professional certification or licensure in landscape architecture is preferred.
• Proven experience in landscape design, planning, and project management required.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and other relevant software programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sustainable design practices and local ecology.
