Key Responsibilities

Conduct precise land surveys using advanced GPS and total station equipment
Prepare and maintain survey maps, plots, and legal descriptions
Verify property boundaries and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams
Analyze survey data using CAD and GIS software
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly
Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders
Ensure all surveys meet quality and accuracy standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of professional land surveying experience
Proficiency with total stations, GPS, and 3D laser scanners
Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS software, and survey data processing
Strong knowledge of Saudi land surveying regulations and standards
Ability to interpret construction drawings and topographic maps
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina for field work in various weather conditions
Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
