Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents related to surveying works
- Supervise all site works related to land and survey activities
- Perform land and field surveys, including geodetic calculations, for infrastructure and utilities projects
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to confirm and verify survey requirements
- Complete surveying tasks in line with approved schedules, man-hour targets, and cost budgets
- Check setting-out, levels, and alignment to ensure construction accuracy
- Identify existing services locations and ensure their protection during site works
- Prepare field sketches and supporting documentation for survey operations
- Maintain accurate survey records including field books, calculations, and sketches
- Measure completed works when required for verification and reporting
- Assist in the preparation and verification of as-built drawings
- Observe and enforce site safety procedures at all times
- Actively participate in health and safety initiatives as directed by the Resident Engineer and Safety Representative
- Perform additional duties related to surveying and site coordination as required

Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or equivalent qualification
Minimum eight years of experience in infrastructure and utilities projects, including at least four years with a consultancy firm
Strong experience using CAD software, survey software, total stations, data collectors, and GPS equipment
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to attend in-person interviews when required
Strong understanding of construction sequences and standard industry work procedures
Ability to communicate clearly and logically with management, staff, and site teams
