Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented Land ll Construction Quality Assurance /Resident Engineer to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position will be responsible for overseeing the construction supervision and quality assurance of land ll site projects. This role will include overseeing daily construction activities at the land ll site, ensuring technical speci cation compliance, reviewing contractor submittals, monitoring project progress and coordination between contractors,the consultant and the client. We envisage success in this role to include: Supervising and overseeing daily construction works (full-time) at the construction site to ensure compliance with technical speci cations assurance requirements (with a primary focus on earthworks and geosynthetic installations). Monitoring contractor performance, ensuring that all construction activities conducted in accordance with project standards and local laws. Coordinating with contractors and the client to resolve construction related issues. Preparing detailed reports on construction progress, technical speci cation compliance and project performance. Reviewing contractor submittals relating to construction methodologies drawings, QA/QC submissions, material submittals, project progress payment certi cates, etc. Inspections, monitoring and approval of construction works, while maintaining suitable daily records of works completed and inspected. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years of experience in land ll construction supervision or related elds involving earthworks and geosynthetic liner installations, partnered with a Bachelor s degree or similar quali cation in Civil Engineering or a related eld.
