Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Lead and deliver lab sessions for Software Engineering (SE) and Computer Science (CS) programs, focusing on hands-on teaching, grading, and student supervision.
  • Assist course instructors with preparing and delivering course materials, ensuring labs and exercises are effectively integrated with course content.
  • Contribute to departmental and college activities, helping foster a collaborative academic environment.
  • Support departmental reporting, program reviews, and accreditation processes as assigned by the department or management.
  • Conduct tutoring sessions to support student learning, as assigned by college management, to enhance student success and comprehension.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to continuously improve and update the curriculum for SE and CS programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


General Conditions:

  • Prior experience in a university or college setting is preferred, particularly in teaching or laboratory supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on trends in software engineering and computer science education.
  • Willingness to provide all necessary and required services to the university and college.
