Roles & Responsibilities
Mission
Technical activities
Creation, maintenance and evolution of workstation
GPOs Design, update and management of Windows masters (Windows 10/11) via SCCM Current Branch
Packaging of applications: definition of standards, creation of packages with InstallShield, AppV, or scripts
Integration and deployment of workstation base software
Participation in workstation
virtualizationCoordination of commercial projects impacting the workstation environment technical
studies (feasibility, impacts, security, hardware/software compatibility)
Implementation and follow-up of publisher roadmaps (patches, security flaws, version changes)
Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation (DAT, DEX, operating
instructions Support & Expertise
Level 3 support on complex workstation related incidents
Technical expertise on the user environment (physical/virtual)
Development of automation tools to simplify recurring
administration Contribution to the development of standards and best practices of deployment
Technical Profile
Mastery of Windows 10 & 11
Advanced scripting: PowerShell, VBS
Packaging tools: InstallShield, AppV
Deployment tool: SCCM (CB)
Definition, optimization and troubleshooting of GPOs
Knowledgeable knowledge: WMI, .NET Framework
Transversal
R action of clear and structured technical documentation e
Ability to dialogue with technical and business
profiles Analytical mind, rigor and method
Ability to work in project mode (agile method or V-cycle)
Profile sought:
Bac+3 Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent
Significant experience (5 years minimum) in a similar
position Solid expertise in Microsoft workstation environment
