Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As an L&D Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's learning initiatives and helping employees develop their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Analyze training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning metrics
- Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources
- Provide administrative support for the L&D department, including budget tracking and vendor management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in L&D or a similar role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- L&D certifications (e.g., ATD, SHRM) preferred
