Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As an L&D Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's learning initiatives and helping employees develop their skills and knowledge.

  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Analyze training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning metrics
  • Assist in the development of e-learning modules and other digital learning resources
  • Provide administrative support for the L&D department, including budget tracking and vendor management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in L&D or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
  • Data analysis and reporting skills
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
  • L&D certifications (e.g., ATD, SHRM) preferred
