Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes (e.g., Bulgogi, Kimchi dishes, Kimbap, Bibimbap, Tteokbokki, etc.) Create and balance signature Korean sauces (spicy, sweet, soy-based, kimchi, gochujang, ssamjang, etc.) Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards Support menu development with creative ideas
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in cooking Korean cuisine (professional or practical) Knowledge of traditional recipes, ingredients, and techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Team player with a passion for food
