Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Define, monitor, and report on OKRs and KPIs to track organizational performance.

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks such as RACIs to clarify ownership and accountability.

  • Support the design, facilitation, and tracking of strategic planning initiatives with stakeholders.

  • Audit knowledge-sharing practices and enforce documentation standards across teams.

  • Provide reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership to guide planning and execution.

  • Contribute to performance improvement projects by identifying risks and surfacing opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • 1 3 years of experience in business operations, planning, or performance management.

  • Familiarity with OKR and KPI frameworks and governance models.

  • Experience supporting strategic planning processes and cross-functional alignment.

  • Strong understanding of RACI frameworks and accountability structures.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
