Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and hospitality professionals to understand their equipment needs and build trust.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments by visiting client locations, analyzing kitchen layouts, and recommending the most efficient and suitable equipment solutions.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of kitchen equipment products.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms, ensuring profitability while satisfying customer requirements and closing deals effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrates a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of kitchen equipment, including various types of appliances, their functionalities, and applications.
Holds relevant certifications or training in sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM), or kitchen design is a plus.
