Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including international cuisine, Lebanese cuisine, and plat du jour specials.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Maintain stock control and support efficient kitchen organization.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of international and Lebanese cuisine.
Ability to prepare and execute plat du jour menus.
Certification in Food Safety and Food Hygiene (mandatory).
University diploma in culinary arts or related field.
Proficiency in Arabic and either English or French.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
