Roles & Responsibilities

Kitchen Sales Specialist

Location: Bahrain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Key Activities:
  1. Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values and responsible of Monthly Individual Sales Budget and Sales Order varies from Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobes and similar accessories of the Brand to materials and accessories.
  2. Drive Company brand product and service sales by effectively pursuing customer through email, and internet leads.
  3. Assess customer needs and provide appropriate support/project solution.
  4. Provide timely and accurate pricing/quote information to current and prospective customers.
  5. Enter customer orders/transactions in Internal Tracking System ERP and confirm that price, discount level and product requirements are correct.
  6. Perform appropriate purchasing and data input activities associated with the fulfillment of custom and miscellaneous orders.
  7. Coordinate and ensure availability and timely delivery of services and products.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate sales, activity, and expense reports.
  9. Investigate new opportunities, markets and products.
  10. Assist with installation and various field tasks as needed.
  11. Use Company System to affect sales transactions to Customers and generate all required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  12. Review, understand, and adhere to policies and procedures.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Project Cost Tracking & Reporting:
  1. Arabic/English speaking. Effective sales and customer service skills.
  2. Strong knowledge of accessories of building materials products and services.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication and convincing skills.
  4. Able to accurately assess customer project and design needs and provide value-adding solutions.
  5. Ability to achieve performance objectives in a time-sensitive and quality-centered environment.
  6. Demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
  7. Highly organized and detail oriented.
  8. Demonstrates professionalism and personal responsibility in the performance of duties.
  9. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
    • Candidate must have good qualifications in relevant field or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field of business.
    • Good computer proficiency, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, ERP system, Sketch up and Auto CAD.
    • Having a valid driving license.
    • Able to work under pressure and achieve monthly set up targets.
